Panchamrutham is a sweet dish that is usually offered as prasadm to God during festivals. Pancha means five and amrutham means nectar. It is as healthy as it is delicious.
Ingredients
Milk: 1/2 Cup (preferably cow milk)
Yogurt: : 1/2 Cup
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Ghee (Clarified Butter): 1 teaspoon
Ripe Banana: 2; chop into pieces of required size
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Serve immediately. You can also choose to refrigerate for 30 – 45 minutes before serving. Tastes good if consumed within 6 hours of preparing panchamrutham.
