Mango Mousse

I first tasted mango mousse in a mall near our house and ever since have been planning to try it at home. I spent 2 days looking at various recipes from different websites and blogs. Finally, I prepared mango mousse without using gelatine, egg and alcohol (at least one of the ingredients were mentioned by the fellow bloggers out there) ;). It was prepared in a jiffy and the end result was yummy. I used thick cream but you can reduce the quantity to half of what I mentioned if you are weight conscious. You can use any dry fruits or finely chopped mango pieces for garnishing. I've used dates.



Preparation time: 10 minutes


Refrigeration time: 1 hour


 


Ingredients


Mangoes: 2 cups chopped pieces


Cream: 1 cup


Honey: as per taste



1. Blend all the ingredients till smooth consistency is obtained.


2. Pour into serving glasses or cups, garnish and refrigerate for an hour.


3. Serve chilled.
